One list. One meeting a week. One flat rate.
You keep a running list of the digital work you want off your plate. Every week we meet, set priorities, and the agents work the list from the top down. I check everything before you see it.
From first call to first finished task.
Free 30-minute call
We go through your list and the tools you use. I'll tell you which parts agents can handle today and which they can't. If it isn't a fit, I'll say so.
Seats and access
You add a user for us in the tools where the work happens. We set up a shared task list so you can see everything in one place.
The first weekly meeting
We pick the top of the list together. Usually that's the task that's been sitting the longest or costing you the most time.
The agents go to work
I turn each task into clear instructions and put the agents on it. I watch the runs, check every result and fix what's off.
Finished work, every week
You see what got done at the next meeting, or sooner. Recurring tasks get scheduled to run on their own. Then we pick the next batch.
What a week looks like.
Set priorities
We review last week's work and pick what's next. Add anything new to the list.
Agents work the list
Several tasks run at once, inside your tools. Text or email new tasks any time.
I check everything
Every result gets reviewed. Anything wrong gets fixed before it reaches you or goes live.
Done, or rolled forward
Finished work is delivered. Bigger projects carry into next week's list.
A week's worth of work, every week.
The agents are fast, but every task still needs direction and a review. That's the real limit, and it's why we work week to week.
In the meeting we agree on what fits in the week. If you hand us 40 hours of work up front, we won't pretend it'll all be done by Friday. We'll take a big chunk out of it and roll the rest forward. Nothing gets dropped, and you always know what's in progress and what's next.
Your accounts stay yours.
- We work as a user in your tools, not inside your personal login.
- Where a tool doesn't allow another user, you share a login with us directly and change it when we're done.
- Remove our access any time. It comes out the day you cancel.
- Everything we build, from pages to dashboards to agents, stays in your accounts.
- Your software subscriptions and ad spend stay on your card.
Everything people ask on the first call.
What is an AI agent, exactly?
An AI that can use a computer the way a person does. It can open a browser, log in to a tool, click through the setup screens, fill in fields, write and publish, and report back on what it did. It's fast and it doesn't get bored. It also makes confident mistakes, which is why every task gets directed and checked by a person.
What do you need from me to get started?
Two things. A list of the digital work you want off your plate, and access to the tools where that work happens. Usually that means adding a user for us in your website, CRM, ad accounts or other tools, the same way you'd add a new employee.
Do I need to buy any AI tools?
No. The agents run on my tools and my AI credits, and that's included in the $499. Your own software subscriptions stay yours and stay on your card.
Who checks the work?
I do. Every task gets reviewed before it reaches you or goes live. If an agent gets something wrong, I fix it first.
Is there really no task cap?
There's no cap on your list. Each week we work as much of it as a week allows, highest priority first, and anything left rolls into the next week. If you hand us 40 hours of work in week one, we'll take a big chunk out of it and keep going. You always know what's done, what's in progress and what's next.
What kind of work can you take on?
Anything digital that happens in a browser or a web app: content and publishing, website work, tracking setup, dashboards, CRM and data cleanup, ad campaign setup, research and lead lists. See What We Do for the full list.
What can't you do?
Physical work, phone calls to your customers, and anything that needs a licensed professional to sign off, like legal or tax work. We also won't do anything that breaks a platform's rules.
Can you build agents we keep?
Yes. Building you an agent, an automation in n8n or a small app in Lovable can go on the list like any other task. It lives in your accounts and keeps running after we're done.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. Every account, file, page, dashboard and workflow is yours. We work as a user in your tools, and you can remove that user any time.
Is it just you?
The agents do the production. I direct them and check every task. You talk to me, not an account manager, and nothing goes through a middle layer.
Do you only work with St. Louis businesses?
I'm based in St. Louis and most clients are local, but the work happens in your online tools and the weekly meeting is on Zoom, so location doesn't matter.
What if it's not working for me?
Cancel any month. There's no contract and no setup fee, and you keep everything that was built.
What's on your list that never gets done?
