We run the AI employees. You run the business.
AI agents can now log in to your tools and do the work: write the blog and post it, set up the tracking, clean the CRM, build the dashboard. What they can't do is decide what matters or catch their own mistakes. That's our job. You send the tasks, the agents do the work, and I check every piece.

The agents are good enough now. Managing them is the new job.
Not long ago, AI could write you a paragraph. Now an agent can work a browser like a person: log in, click through the setup screens, build the page, and report back. Most of the digital work you'd hand a VA, a freelancer or an agency, an agent can do.
The catch is that agents need a manager. Someone has to turn the work into clear tasks, give the agents the right access, watch the runs and check what comes back. Left alone, they make confident mistakes. You don't have time to sit there and babysit them. We do it for you.
Agents do the work. We manage it. You stay out of the weeds.
Do the work
They write, build, set up, clean up and report, inside your own tools, running on our AI credits. Several tasks run at once.
Directs and checks
Every task gets clear instructions, the right access and a review before it reaches you. If an agent gets it wrong, it gets fixed first.
Run the business
One meeting a week to set priorities and see finished work. Send new tasks any time in between. That's your whole time commitment.
If it happens in a browser, it can go on the list.
One-off projects get done. Recurring work gets set up to run on its own. Here's where most lists start.
✎Content and publishing
Written, formatted and posted where it belongs, not left in a doc for you to finish.
▣Websites and migrations
Page builds, edits and full moves between platforms.
◉Tracking and analytics
The setup work that never gets done because nobody knows where the buttons are.
▤Dashboards and reporting
Your numbers from every tool, in one place, refreshed on a schedule.
☰CRM, data and admin
The copy-and-paste work that eats your week.
➤Ads and marketing ops
Campaign setup and upkeep inside your ad accounts. Ad spend stays on your card.
All an agent needs is a seat.
Our agents work inside the tools you already pay for. No migration and no new software to learn.
You add a user for us in your website, CRM, ad accounts or wherever the work happens, the same way you'd add a new hire. Where a tool doesn't allow another user, you share a login with us directly and change it when we're done.
The accounts stay in your name. Remove our seat any time, and everything we built stays with you.
A VA, an agency, or a team of managed agents.
Same kind of work. Very different setup.
| Compare | A virtual assistant | An agency or outside service | Managed agents |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who does the work | One person, on their schedule | A team behind an account manager | AI agents, directed and checked by Alex |
| What it covers | What that one person knows how to do | Whatever is on their service menu | Anything digital, inside your tools |
| How you pay | By the hour | A retainer per service, plus change orders | $499 a month, flat. No task cap |
| Your time | You train them and check their work | Briefs, approvals and status calls | One meeting a week |
| Speed | One task at a time | Whenever it reaches the front of their queue | Several agents working at once |
| Who owns it | Depends on the setup | Sometimes their accounts | You. Every account and file |
No hour tracking. No change orders. Just your list and a week of work.
Every week we take on as much of your list as a week allows, top priority first. Big lists don't get turned away. They roll forward until they're done.
Hi, I'm Alex. I've done this work by hand for 16 years.
Websites, ads, SEO, tracking, reporting, CRMs. I've built and run all of it for businesses since radio and agency days. Now agents do most of the production, and my job is directing them and checking the results.
That's why one flat rate can cover this much. You're not paying for my hours. You're paying for a manager who knows what good work looks like, running a team of agents that work in parallel.
Quick answers.
What is an AI agent, exactly?
An AI that can use a computer the way a person does. It can open a browser, log in to a tool, click through the setup screens, fill in fields, write and publish, and report back on what it did. It's fast and it doesn't get bored. It also makes confident mistakes, which is why every task gets directed and checked by a person.
What do you need from me to get started?
Two things. A list of the digital work you want off your plate, and access to the tools where that work happens. Usually that means adding a user for us in your website, CRM, ad accounts or other tools, the same way you'd add a new employee.
Is there really no task cap?
There's no cap on your list. Each week we work as much of it as a week allows, highest priority first, and anything left rolls into the next week. If you hand us 40 hours of work in week one, we'll take a big chunk out of it and keep going. You always know what's done, what's in progress and what's next.
Who checks the work?
I do. Every task gets reviewed before it reaches you or goes live. If an agent gets something wrong, I fix it first.
What if it's not working for me?
Cancel any month. There's no contract and no setup fee, and you keep everything that was built.
What's on your list that never gets done?
Book a free 30-minute call. Bring the list. I'll tell you honestly which parts agents can handle today and which they can't.
